Jaemi is amazing! We have bought/sold several properties and dealt with realtors in various markets. Jaemi is one of the absolute best we’ve worked with and we would recommend her hands-down. We were making a long distance move so we relied heavily on Jaemi for inspections, etc. If/when we called with a question she was already familiar with the details of our situation and we ALWAYS felt like she was looking out for us first. We have dealt with realtors at both ends of the spectrum as far as volume. From the “hobby” realtors to the “selling 80 houses a year” realtors. I believe Jaemi falls right in the middle as far as volume but she exceeds her peers when it comes to the attentiveness, personal relationships in the industry, and attention to detail. These are the types of things that can really help make a stressful process more pleasant. Due to an unusual issue with the lender/closing company we were facing a delay on our closing. Jaemi and her team were immediately on the situation and her excellent reputation and working relationship with other local professionals enabled us to find a closing company at the very last minute and finish the transaction on time.
