I found Julie to be one or the top real estate agents I've ever used. She is great at bargaining and even paid for a buyer's inspection out of her own pocket. He was excellent too. Everything was clearly explained and she very patiently answers all questions. I trusted her completely, she knows real estate well. She gave me referrals to excellent resources to help me sell the house. Her photoghrapher came within a few days and did an excellent job! I'd give her a 10 out of 10!

Paul is the best, walked us through everything to expect especially in this uncertain market. He has a contractor background and can spot or anticipate problems that could go unnoticed by the novice agent, helping us save time and money.
