Julie Harman was recommended to us by a friend and I am so glad we we listened! She was absolutely amazing during our buying process. She took the time to get to know us and really figure out what we were looking for. And boy did she knock it out of the park. Her depth of knowledge and understanding of the market was apparent from our first meeting. As first time homeowners we seemed to have a new question every other day. Julie did an amazing job of patiently answering questions and guided us right into our forever home. Her kindness didn't end at the close. Afterwards, she stopped by and checked to make sure that we were getting settled in. Julie's brand of hands-on compasionate customer service combined with the wealth of knowledge makes her a unicorn in the real estate world. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

I found Julie to be one or the top real estate agents I've ever used. She is great at bargaining and even paid for a buyer's inspection out of her own pocket. He was excellent too. Everything was clearly explained and she very patiently answers all questions. I trusted her completely, she knows real estate well. She gave me referrals to excellent resources to help me sell the house. Her photoghrapher came within a few days and did an excellent job! I'd give her a 10 out of 10!
