Paul Sidwell began his real estate career in 2014 as a REALTOR/Agent. In 2017, Paul obtained his Broker license in a commitment to furthering his knowledge and service for his clients. Paul joined WEICHERT, REALTORS Welch & Co in 2021 to take advantage of the extensive tools available for his clients. Prior to selling real estate, he accumulated knowledge of the real estate market through his construction and remodeling business. He has held a variety of positions over his career, including Marketing, Business Owner, and Sales Manager for various companies. He launched his real estate career with more than 15 years combined experience in marketing, sales, and home construction and remodeling expertise. As a result of his hard work, system development, and dedication to superior service, he quickly became a beloved servant.
Paul grew up moving around the country in a military family and has been in the Kansas City area since 1997. He has extensive knowledge of the area, as well as a Realtor/Client network that is second to none. It extends beyond the borders of Missouri to all 50 states and even international, and provides Paul’s clients with an invaluable asset. They benefit from his vast database of contacts which continuously produces leads and generates more business. Paul draws upon these resources to help his clients buy or sell at the best value they can within the right timeframe. He enjoys helping people reach their specific real estate goals.
In terms of customer service, Paul has developed a team of assistants who handle all his contracts, listings, and the needs of his customers. The team has allowed him to focus on delivering superior service and customer relationships in a manner that has built him an outstanding reputation over the years.
When Paul relaxes, he loves to spend time reading, improving his fitness, exploring the wilderness, and traveling with his wife Teresa. Paul has 4 children- Lauryl, Brendan, Aubry and Miriam, a Beagle named Maverick and a rabbit named Smudge.
