I thought selling my mom’s house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know at all how to go about it. I’m so glad I turned to Amanda and asked her to be my realtor. She made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation, and from the date it was listed to the date we closed was only 10 weeks! Amanda was a constant support and always there for us. She answered all of our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. She made us feel like we were more to her than just her clients. Amanda truly knows the market and her top notch professionalism, expertise, patience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness, is unparalleled. She exhibits every trait of a top quality real estate agent, exceeding every expectation I had and ones I didn’t even know I had. Additionally, and more importantly, she genuinely had our best interest at heart and that’s a rare find these days. This was my childhood home. My mom and dad raised us kids in that home and then their grandchildren grew up going to grandma and grandpa’s house, so she took a situation I feared would be so stressful and heartbreaking and much to my surprise made it truly enjoyable! Not only did she make it enjoyable but she also made it memorable beyond anything I could have ever imagined, when she gave my mom a gift at the closing of an artwork picture of her home in a frame! I mean who does that? Amanda does!!!! needless to say I cried, and for that Amanda will always hold a special place in our hearts. I could fill a book with all of the wonderful things I have to say about Amanda. I’m so thankful that I decided to go with her and anyone with any buying or selling needs should do the same as they will not regret it at all! I couldn't be happier with Kelly as my agent, she was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for me to get the home I wanted and I woukd recommend her to anybody who is looking for help finding their home. In this world of real estate you need someone like her on your side, she will take the time to find a house that you want so you can be less stressed out and focus on your every day life...and she won't stop till you decide on your dream home...Having her on my side was a great experience and I wouldn't use anybody else of I chose to upgrade on my current home...Trust her she is the best at what she does and she will help you with all your real estate needs.
