I thought selling my mom’s house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know at all how to go about it. I’m so glad I turned to Amanda and asked her to be my realtor. She made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation, and from the date it was listed to the date we closed was only 10 weeks! Amanda was a constant support and always there for us. She answered all of our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. My mom and dad raised us kids in that home and then their grandchildren grew up going to grandma and grandpa’s house, so she took a situation I feared would be so stressful and heartbreaking and much to my surprise made it truly enjoyable! Not only did she make it enjoyable but she also made it memorable beyond anything I could have ever imagined, when she gave my mom a gift at the closing of an artwork picture of her home in a frame! I mean who does that? Amanda does!!!! needless to say I cried, and for that Amanda will always hold a special place in our hearts. I could fill a book with all of the wonderful things I have to say about Amanda. I’m so thankful that I decided to go with her and anyone with any buying or selling needs should do the same as they will not regret it at all!
