I was originally planning on selling my house as is, I would have been happy with most any profit. Never in my dreams would I have imagined multiple bids with 2 being $40k after asking price. I walked alway with a six figure settlement. I don't like the process of buying or selling a home. It is one of my least favorite things. But she took me through the process and made it very easy.
