I have known Dan for more than 30 years, have bought and sold 5 times through him and would never use anyone else. He never disappoints. He can make a miracle out of difficult situations and uses his skills, contacts and know how to turn purchasing a home into a literal dream come true. One of his best attributes is his prompt attention and response to even the smallest requests and details. He knows that when people are going through the mountain of decisions and challenges in home buying they need hand holding and he does it like no other. At the same time he respects the wishes and opinion of others while being careful to draw attention to any concerns that are on the table. I recently bought a condo from Florida sight unseen save a few pictures on the internet 5 days after the traumatic death of my husband and he did not miss a beat in keeping me focused and having my best interests at the center. I could never have done it without him. He is personable, approachable and so generous with his time that he is unequaled there. I could never say enough good things about my experiences with both buying and selling. He is just the best.
