Dan is very knowledgeable about selling real estate and all that is happening right now. Whenever I called, he answered within a short time if he was not able to right then. That means a lot when it has been a long time since selling your home. I was out of town when the company putting in my septic system called to say it would be installed the next day. Dan went there in the morning and sent me a picture of what they were doing. He went back in late afternoon and sent me a picture of how well it looked (above and beyond). Dan always answered my many questions.

We had no intentions to move, but found a property with some land and a very nice home and decided to start the process. We called Jason and Tiffany because we wanted a realtor team that would go the extra mile for us. I know many realtors and decided on Jason and Tiffany because we felt it would be better to have a team of two rather than just one person. I've known Jason and Tiffany for years and they have help other family members of ours. We most valued Jason for the constant updating and incite he had throughout the process. Keeping us informed was huge for us. After helping us get into our new home it was full steam ahead to get our house sold. It was a very weird market at the time we sold, but Jason got the deal done. If you looking to buy or sell i would highly recommend the Carey team to help make the dream come true. Still hard to believe its over.
