Dave Kinneberg recently helped us sell our home. It was so great to work with someone who we knew we could trust to handle every aspect of getting our home ready for sale, preparing all sales related documentation, sales support, final sale, and assistance in moving into our new lodgings. Dave made us feel so comfortable in leading us through all aspects of our home sale. He made us feel so comfortable in all aspects of the home sale process. He worked to know us, our home, how it could be best offered for sale and took great interest in our story of what we'd done to improve the property over our many years of ownership. He presented homes in our area of the city which were comparable to ours. He helped us understand what we needed to do to make the home attractive to prospective home buyers. He did all of the required background work with the title company supporting us for the sale. He reviewed several alternatives we could pursue to put our home up for sale. The path we chose to follow made good sense to us. Dave did all the work to bring it forward on the schedule we desired.
