We started the process of preparing our home for listing in late October/early November of 2019. As we had never sold a home before, we were very in the dark about the process. He was able to meet with us at odd hours, walk us through the process, and gave us realistic and honest thoughts about what our expectations should be. He often offered to help and was quick to follow with any questions. We were selling our home prior to our divorce and he was thoughtful and considerate of the situation. I never felt like I was "just another client" nor did I feel pressured. We sold our home February of 2020 and I appreciated Michael's expertise throughout the process. It was stressful and frustrating on a personal level, but he was great about remaining calm and patient, which kept us more calm and patient as well. I was referred to Tiffany Carey by several medical co-residents from my hospital who also had the esteemed opportunity to work with her. Needless to say, Tiffany is really talented and incredibly passionate of her job, which is why she is so excellent at it! Firstly, despite my busy schedule as a medical anesthesiology resident, Tiffany worked around the clock 24/7 and on weekends to ensure she would always answer any of our questions and make the time for house showings. Secondly, Tiffany acts in the best interest of her buyer. While always acting objectively, she also offers her expert input on what she would do if she would be in our situation. Thirdly, she is very experienced in real estate and has all the important contacts; for example, she knew one of the best home inspectors in Rochester. She was also able to help us with utilities management during our move in process. She was also well-versed in the loan process that is typically pursued by incoming medical residents. We were able to make a closing on our house very quickly (within 1.5 months) while working with Tiffany which we thought was quite impressive for a place like Rochester.
