We started the process of preparing our home for listing in late October/early November of 2019. As we had never sold a home before, we were very in the dark about the process. He was able to meet with us at odd hours, walk us through the process, and gave us realistic and honest thoughts about what our expectations should be. He often offered to help and was quick to follow with any questions. We were selling our home prior to our divorce and he was thoughtful and considerate of the situation. I never felt like I was "just another client" nor did I feel pressured. We sold our home February of 2020 and I appreciated Michael's expertise throughout the process. It was stressful and frustrating on a personal level, but he was great about remaining calm and patient, which kept us more calm and patient as well.
