In 2016, my husband and I built our dream home in Zumbrota, MN. Neither of us had any idea of how to do this, but Denel led us through every step. We couldn't understand why other people said building a house was so much work...she made it easy. In March 2020 my husband was offered a new position in St. Cloud and we had to make the difficult decision to sell our home. A week later the Coronavirus lockdowns started happening. Denel lead us through those issues with ease and great advice. We were able to sell our house on the first day it was on the market!
