Many thanks to Taylor and his team for guiding us toward the purchase of our house. Our son had connections with Taylor and steered us in his direction. We had a short timeline to sell our previous house and buy a new one so had some anxiety about the process. Taylor managed our expectations regarding the sale of our house and layed out a step by step plan. When it was finally ready, he priced the house well and it sold for above asking price. Then the house hunt began in earnest. Our extended family had very specific needs, so our house choices were narrow. We found a house that met all of our needs and were thrilled when our offer was accepted. We jumped through hoops with our VA financing, but with the help of our mortgage broker, we were able to keep the short timeline for closing. At the walk through, the previous owner had left the house in terrible shape - dirty, holes in the wall, junk and unwanted furniture were left in the house. Taylor made phone calls and pulled strings to have the junk removed and a cleaning person come in to make things right. This was above and beyond - We love the house and it is perfect for our extended family. Taylor and his team answered all of our questions and their service exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful for Taylor’s knowledge and upbeat personality. Thank you!

Bryan helped us purchase a home while I was deployed over seas. If he can make that happen, he can make anything happen! I was 9 hours ahead of his time and he would take time out of his late evenings to work with me on the phone. He kept me in the loop on everything so there never were any surprises. I based my decision to use Kristina based upon two factors: 1) Recommendation from a professional mortgage advisor. 2) Her personalized website. Both allowed me to gain some insight to the person she is before we even met. I really liked how Kristina was able to create search profiles for me on MLS and generate email notifications of properties that met my search criteria. Kristina was prompt with responding to email and phone calls, and was very good at reaching out to the sellers agent to get questions answered for me. The processes Kristina used were very efficient and up to date with today's online technologies. I enjoyed the benefit of electronic signatures. The preparation of the purchase agreement and addendums were excellent. Using a realtor with a BA in English is a good thing to have. It was helpful to me that Kristina identified a tool called "Updater" for me to help identify resources that can take care of move and change of address related things. Unlike other realtors that wait for their check at closing and split (never to be heard from again), Kristina continues to be in contact with me, just to make sure things are going OK and to ask if there is anything else she can do. The litmus test will be if I get a Christmas card from her this year.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with Brian. We have purchased and sold 2 homes with Brian and both sales ended up with multiple offers. Brian goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients - he was even making calls for us on his wedding day! Most importantly in my opinion, Brian is incredibly honest. He will give you his honest opinion even if you don't want to hear it - and even if it means he loses a sale. I will never use other realtor as long as Brian is still in business.
