From day one you were always there help and do whatever it took to make things happen for me. You are have always been super responsive and always had my best interest in mind. You were always about helping me achieve what I wanted out of my home sale. If you want a genuine person who is upbeat, energetic, fast paced, generally happy and an expert at what he does Taylor is your guy. Many thanks to Taylor and his team for guiding us toward the purchase of our house. Our son had connections with Taylor and steered us in his direction. We had a short timeline to sell our previous house and buy a new one so had some anxiety about the process. Taylor managed our expectations regarding the sale of our house and layed out a step by step plan. When it was finally ready, he priced the house well and it sold for above asking price. Then the house hunt began in earnest. Our extended family had very specific needs, so our house choices were narrow. We found a house that met all of our needs and were thrilled when our offer was accepted. We jumped through hoops with our VA financing, but with the help of our mortgage broker, we were able to keep the short timeline for closing. At the walk through, the previous owner had left the house in terrible shape - dirty, holes in the wall, junk and unwanted furniture were left in the house. Taylor made phone calls and pulled strings to have the junk removed and a cleaning person come in to make things right. This was above and beyond - We love the house and it is perfect for our extended family. Taylor and his team answered all of our questions and their service exceeded all of our expectations.
