Brandon is an excellent realtor and I would recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions. Brandon helped us purchase acreage that will allow us to be build a new home in the country. Brandon also listed our home and brought in 3 offers that were all above list price. He is very attentive to detail and did an excellent job showing our home and marketing our home so that we could maximize our sale price. When we received the offers he went through each offer and explained the difference and then offered advice on what would be our best offer to accept.

We wouldn't go with anyone else! David is our families realtor and has helped our family with not only buying and selling houses, but with all kinds of real estate questions in general. His extensive knowledge, quick response and attention to detail makes the whole process seem so easy all you can do it is smile and shake your head! David helped us with every aspect of both selling and purchasing our new home. He is a tireless worker but still finds a way to make you feel like you are his only client. We moved from the twin cities to Duluth and David found us an experienced agent in that area. His team did our financing, insurance, closing, everything. Literally all we had to do was prep our house, which he gave us great guidance on, and move our things. David took care of our family and I couldn't recommend him more.
