I was lucky to have a great realtor!
Wade was appointed by the court for the sale of my home during a contentious divorce. The home was in a less than good state due to hoarding. Wade was able to help me get in a direction of what I could do, and what I would realistically get once it was done. Once we received an offer and I accepted, Wade expertise was put to the test in court, as my ex thought the house was going for too low an amount. Wade was able to show the realistic valuation and his unimpeachable character, allowing for continuing of the sale. Through the process of it all, Wade provided great communication to both me as the homeowner and my ex. I'm beyond grateful for everything Wade did for the house to sell.
