Wade was able to help me get in a direction of what I could do, and what I would realistically get once it was done. Once we received an offer and I accepted, Wade expertise was put to the test in court, as my ex thought the house was going for too low an amount. Wade was able to show the realistic valuation and his unimpeachable character, allowing for continuing of the sale. I cannot overstate the help Wayne and Annie provided in the sale of our condo in Bay City, Michigan. This was a second home for us as our primary residence is in Colorado.
