Wade was appointed by the court for the sale of my home during a contentious divorce. The home was in a less than good state due to hoarding. Wade was able to help me get in a direction of what I could do, and what I would realistically get once it was done. Once we received an offer and I accepted, Wade expertise was put to the test in court, as my ex thought the house was going for too low an amount. Wade was able to show the realistic valuation and his unimpeachable character, allowing for continuing of the sale. I cannot overstate the help Wayne and Annie provided in the sale of our condo in Bay City, Michigan. This was a second home for us as our primary residence is in Colorado. Quite frankly I anticipated the sale to be a nightmare given the long distance sale. Wade not only sold our place quickly, they aided us in selling furniture for us , even found a buyer for my pool table! Wade and Annie truly went above and beyond; they used their personal vehicles to help the community by driving multiple loads of donations of clothing, dishes and various items we could not take to Colorado to local shelters, Salvation Army, and the like.
