Cheryl was my number one choice among 5 realtors that I interviewed. Every realtor has their own strategy in how they approach a potential sale. Cheryl emphasized the home and what would make it stand out, NOT just a house based on the comparables. Her unique approach was what made her different. This was my home, one that I thought I would never sell or move away from. It was not just a house, it was a place that I tailored to meeting every need. I had made improvements that would make everyday living easier to manage and focus on being energy efficient. That was a very important point to present on why this home was different. We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl to sell our house and find our new home, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. As parents of three young children, including a medically complex toddler, life can be chaotic and overwhelming at times (okay, all the time). She was incredibly patient, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She knew when I was feeling overwhelmed and often stepped in to handle things herself whenever possible, which was such a relief.
