Karen was the first realtor I’ve ever used and it was an excellent experience! We chose her based on her reviews, and they definitely held true. Her communication is top notch and I felt that she really wanted to help as much as possible, no matter the question. I would say the most important thing that stood out to me was her giving us space to look at the houses without the pressure of making a sale. She showed us as many houses as we wanted to see and gave us the time to find exactly what we wanted, and never felt rushed. I’m so glad we found her page and chose her to be our realtor!

The most important thing to me is communication. Samson responded on weekends and nights and was so professional and knowledgeable. He made the sale and closing so smooth. Everything was handled online with his professional team from closing agent, title work and notary. Was a flawless and seem less process. Highly recommend.
