I can't say enough good things about Kim
I can't say enough good things about Kim. I came across a yard sign two years ago that had Kim's info on it. I called and from that day forward Kim was there to answer any questions and concerns that I had. During that time I still had to make some improvements to my credit and wasn't ready to purchase but that did not steer Kim away, in fact she encouraged me and stayed in contact with me until I was ready. Kim stayed in communication with me for over two years and to me that said a lot about her. I knew she was the right agent for me. Kim will go above and beyond to find her clients the home of their dreams. During my home searching process Kim was nothing less than excellent. She was always on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She understood my family's needs and found us the home of our dreams. Kim is one of a kind. I'd recommend her to any and everyone looking to purchase or sell a home. I promise you will not be disappointed. If I had to do it all over again it would definitely be with century 21 beggins and Kim Guillory.

We cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, organized and responsive Kim was. We purchased the home while in New Jersey and Kim attended to every last detail. She also negotiated a great price and has followed up since our move in. Excellent realtor in a very tough business and super hard working. We would recommend Kim to anyone and everyone.

I cannot say enough good about Kim Guillory. She is professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I would not have purchased my new home without her to help me see the benefit of owning vs renting - as well as her patience in looking at new construction with us. She knew the area, understood our needs and listened to our feedback on potential homes to prepare to show us more. She negotiated a great price and followed thru both before and after closing. Simply put, Kim is the best. I will highly recommend her to everyone I know and everyone that I come into contact with. If you are looking for a professional who cares - Kim Guillory is the person that you want to use. You won't find anyone better!

I was hesitant to have Rob as my realtor...
I was hesitant to have Rob as my realtor because we are good friends. It is always a risk mixing friendship and business, however, I was pleasantly surprised at everything he was able to do for us and how professional he was through the process. We walked through my house before we sold it and he gave me honest fwe'd back on some things I needed to fix and outside of replacing the roof they were inexpensive ideas and paid in dividens! With his skills he was able to sell the house for well over average market price and about $10000 over my highest expectations. I would recommend him to anyone, friend or not.

Kim, was always there when we needed her
Kim, was always there when we needed her, even though we have purchased several homes in the past if we started to flounder Kim would pick us up and make sure everything was moving forward again. This community is different that the norm, Kim understood this and was able to communicate information that was pertinent and important to this community and sale of our property, Kim, showed us many properties, and always made time so the coordination was easy on us. We feel she is very knowledgeable and if there was something she did not know she didn't try to gloss over it, she would get the right data back to us asap. There are many aspects to the sale and purchase of a property, we believe Kim has a vast store of knowledge in any and all facets of the real estate business. We would recommend Kim Guillory to anyone, friend, business associate, relative etc. We thank her for taking care of us in this business venture.
