She is, without a doubt, the best in the business. From our very first meeting, Beth’s expertise was obvious. She doesn’t just know the Sun City Center market; she lives and breathes it. She understood the unique benefits of the community, the nuances of the different neighborhoods, and exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient, answering every single one of our (many) questions with a smile and making us feel like we were her top priority. Let us start by saying both Bryan and Marijean are one the most professional real estate teams that we have worked with for buying our home. We wouldn’t recommend any other another. They are the most accommodating, energetic and helpful people. We asked questions and they answered. They asked questions and got all of the information they need to help us make an informed decision about a big purchase. Bryan and Marijean are exceptional. Wow! I stumbled into Bryan and MariJean 100% by accident, which turned into the best accident ever! We began looking at homes in June, within a week we went under contract on a home in Dover on Colewood, which turned out to be an absolutely train wreck. Bryan and MariJean had nothing to do with the issues, but immediately found solutions and worked tirelessly to handle the situation. As the situation was being resolved by them we found the perfect home and 35 days later closed!!!! They both are amazingly responsive and they CARE about you. There was never a time I felt I was chasing after them for information (I am a touch of a control freak)- they were always 100% on top of everything, fully explaining each step as it approached. We cannot express in words how wonderful of a team they are, and how valuable their relationship with us has become! The personal connection they bring will help you navigate one of the most stressful things you will do, I am not sure I couldn't have navigated it without them (at least not without earning a few ulcers if I didn't have them :) ), My family is extremely grateful that God brought them into our lives! If you want to buy a home, and do it with min stress, then they are the team - otherwise chose someone else and kick yourself later for not listening!! Thank you Bryan and MariJean!!
