Long story short, I’m a teacher/basketball coach and I recently made a huge career decision to move closer to where I worked. I had no clue about the market however saw the this was a great time to sell. I had my skeptics though being on a very busy street that someone could deliver on such a short notice. I had school fast approaching and quite frankly was just too busy to focus on it. When I tell you Harold came through in the clutch, it is an understatement. He showed my house a ton and stayed patient and determined and was so helpful to me on what I needed to do to improve it! His people skills are the best and his knowledge for the market and true value of a home is spot on! Needless to say we sold the house in less then two weeks!! With an incredible offer to say the least. I know everyone’s story isn’t that good to be true but promise me when I tell you he is the best and will put fourth the most genuine and hardworking approach to it I’m telling the truth.
