Robin was very knowledgeable of the real estate market from the very first meeting and throughout the whole selling process, which gave my husband and I a sense of ease that we chose the right realtor. Kendra is a terrific realtor. She was upfront with us through the whole process and helped us to get off on the right foot. She helped us create a game plan to get the house ready for the market and worked with us along the way, especially explaining all of the paperwork that comes with the closing and settlement of the house. She went above and beyond as we moved from the state right after the house went on the market and she checked with us from time to time to ensure things were going well. When we ran into speed-bumps with the HOA she was there to help us navigate through the process to ensure everything was in order. Kendra was very knowledgeable of the local market and developed a game plan that resulted in a successful sale and very satisfied clients! If we had stayed in state, we would have used Kendra as our realtor to purchase our next property.
