From the moment she Introduced herself, she put me at ease by explaining the entire selling process, what I can expect going forward. She was available at all times to answer any questions I had. Sharyn's experience, knowledge of the market, and relationship with local contractors and vendors was key to the sale of 304/695 Winding Stream in two (2) months, from our initial meeting on June the 25th to closing on August 26th. Her knowledge of the market in deciding on a competitive sale price with respect to the type and level of upgrade investments needed , as well as her rolodex of contractors in the business were instrumental in allowing us to complete the upgrades and go live with the listing on July 27th. In the pre-arranged open house on July 28th, we were offered a contract at the listed price which we accepted and closed on August 26th. Sharyn was very responsive and professional in interacting with the buyers agent and us with respect negotiating and satisfying terms of the Property Inspection Addendum. In summary, I found Sharyn Ahmad to be a very competent, experienced real estate agent who was friendly and easy to communicate with. She was extremely helpful to us in this transaction and I feel very fortunate to have been referred to her.
