Sharyn is an awesome agent! She made me feel comfortable in trusting her knowledge. She gave me great advice on how to accept the best offer. Sharyn was asked to help sell an unique property that had 2 houses on it, both over 50 years. One was a single family home, the other was a house that was divided into 2 apartment units. Sharyn used her resources to help get the property cleaned up and ready for listing, including contractor recommendations for both interior and exterior work. She stayed in constant contact and kept us informed of everything that was going on and what type of reactions, both good and bad, the property was getting. When all was said and done, in about 3 weeks the property was sold nearly $30,000 over my asking price. When the time comes to buy/sell again, Sharyn will be my first call.

My most recent experience with Sharyn was when she was the listing agent for my mother's home. Sharyn is very dependable, professional and knowledgeable. She is "on top her game". If you have any questions or concerns she gets back to you promptly even when she is out of town. She will give you her insights, but also listens to your suggestion and recommendations.
