I just recently purchased my first home and I can not thank Kendra enough for all her hard work with helping me find my perfect home! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable with her and trust her 100%. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. Even though it is a tough housing market and she stood by me the whole time. After weeks with no prospects, there was a beautiful house I wanted to see and she did not hesitate to drop everything she was doing to show me the house a couple hours after I contacted her. If she did not show me that house that day, I would probably be still looking for a house right now however, I am very grateful that she did that for me and now I am a proud owner of that house! Kendra gave us excellent advice about preparing our house to put on the market. It sold in 10 days! I don't think you can get much better than that. I really enjoyed her friendly personality and the attention she gave to my and my wife. By the time our house sold she felt like an old friend. Kendra did an outstanding job selling our Waldorf home. She understands the Ins and outs of the real estate business and we trusted her throughly. We ran a Google search of woman realtors in Southern Maryland. It was pure luck that we chose Kendra McCourt. I'd never sold a house before, and I must've told Kendra that a thousand times as an excuse for my ineptness and my ignorance of the process. That didn't matter to her. She held my hand through it all, and explained everything carefully. Kendra didn't pull punches whenever she visited. We had a number of cats, and there was one room where their odor persisted. We did a super-duper cleaning treatment, and crossed our fingers when she visited next. She said that she still smelled cat. Bless you for this, Kendra. (We finally got it eliminated, or the house wouldn't have sold.) Kendra did us a tremendous service by securing a stager for us at no charge. I don't know how she did this. We would've been stumbling in the dark, trying prepare the house for prospective buyers. We completed the sale from 2,600 miles away, as we needed to move before the house sold. Kendra was a gem in this process. The best thing about working with Kendra is her bright spirit and optimism. There was never a single stumble, never a problem in our process as the sellers.
