Judy is such a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, always timely when taking us to look at homes, and had great follow through. She even gave us an escrow timeline as to what to expect from the start to end of escrow. This was our 5th home purchase and the first time we’d ever been given a timeline. This was extremely helpful! Everything went exactly as outlined in her timeline, including the escrow closing date. After closing we noticed the kitchen water filtration system was missing and mentioned it to Judy. She got right on it to find out why. As it turned out, the system was rented and had to be returned, which had not been disclosed by the seller. I mention this only because she didn’t stop being our agent when escrow closed, but continued to serve us until we were fully satisfied. Judy was absolutely awesome!!! This my 4th home that I have bought in my lifetime, and this was by far the most pleasant experience ever. I found the house of my dreams and Judy knew it from the minute my daughter and I walked in the front door. I made an offer with 8 other bidders shortly after the selling agent started accepting offers, and Judy guided me through a little bit of a bid war that had me submit 2 counter offers. Without her guidance, I have no doubt that I would have lost this perfect house. I watched how she built up a friendly and professional relationship with the selling agent from the start. She also recommended a great lending agent that help us close escrow in 14 days. Everything went so smoothly and fast. My impression of Maggie may be a little bit different that others. She knew that I didn't know anything about buying a home. She took me under her wing as if I were her own flesh and blood to make sure that I would not just purchase a home based on look but also location, location, location. (We say some places and drove away ASAP because we knew better than getting out of the car) She knew that I had a son in a wheelchair and other special needs, she took all that in, while making sure we could find a home that would meet as many of our needs as possible. Having an open floor plan was a must, having a driveway so we could utilize the wheelchair from the van as safe as possible, a single story no stairs (wheelchair), less work and less out of pocket expense as possible. She found that for us. She could have been like the other agents we left behind/like everyone else to just sell a house instead Maggie we above and beyond to make sure that we had a HOME. For that I forever and always be in her debt.
