This was our 5th time buying a home. In the past, we had used several different agents to buy and sell our homes, ranging from budget realtors, to new referrals, to family friends. Each time, we felt the commission to be a huge waste of money because the agents went through the motion of putting in our bid and doing the paperwork, but added no real value beyond what a computer program could have done. They were often nonresponsive, made significant and repetitive errors in the paperwork, and gave us no real advice. Enter Frank! We met Frank because he was the listing agent for a house we were interested in. We didn’t end up getting that house, but he helped us bid for a different house in the area that we ended up winning, out of 20 bids in a highly competitive market. He was extremely skilled in negotiating, very responsive, and highly experienced in everything real estate, from helping us think about the work we wanted to put into the house. Frank Marshall is one in a million! He goes above and beyond for his clients giving them the vast knowledge of his 42 year career. He not only prepped my condo for sale - bringing in his team of contractors to upgrade the kitchen, bath and balcony in record time but gave it a deep cleaning.
