Mike is exceptionally knowledgeable and has great ideas and strategies to help with the many curve balls involved in the buying and selling process. He helps make what is a challenging process much more manageable by helping schedule inspections, work to be done, etc. He takes a lot of the stress off and works round the clock and is always reachable and responsive. There is a lot that goes on during the process and I would never try to "sell by owner," unless I was a realtor myself. Mike helped us purchase our first home a decade ago when the market was very different. We had a great deal of trust then - we toured one home where the basement walls were caving in.
