We couldn't have had a better experience selling our home with Angelica Olmsted! From the very first meeting all the way through to the day of closing, Angelica was present and available for any questions and to step in and help when necessary. She was very quick to respond to any calls, texts or emails sent her way, and she always had the answers to every question or concern brought up. If not immediately, that answer came same day and did wonders to quiet any anxiety we may have been experiencing. Angelica knew the neighborhood comps and brought those to the first meeting. She also updated those comps along the way if she thought there had been a turn in the market. She provided a roofer, plumber and movers who were all available to provide timely quotes for the necessary work which needed to be completed prior to selling. She is truly the kindest and happiest realtor- always staying positive but also very quick to get to the bottom of an issues that arose. In a quickly changing market, from a seller's to a buyers market pretty much overnight, she was able to sell our home quickly and still get very close to listing price. Angelica not only did her job beautifully and seamlessly, but she also stepped in to help with our dogs during showings- something that is not required of a realtor but shows her dedication and commitment to her clients.
