Kristen exceeded my vision of what a realtor can be. She was extremely professional, personable, and I know she held our best interest in the highest regard. We concurrently bought and sold with her, and even though both deals were pretty difficult (due to strange dealings by the other parties), she shielded my husband and I from the scariest details, and always managed to deliver news with a smile and a laugh.
