Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike made the whole process enjoyable, and he's fabulous with negotiations once we were under contract. He knows the southwest Denver so well, and many of the areas in which we looked he had sold multiple properties (sometimes 10 or 20 in a particular neighborhood), so he knew what was worth the price and what was too high for a particular area. We can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with Mike and his team, and we refer him to all of our friends and family. Mike works alongside a fabulous lender, Tara, who was also a pleasure to work with, and she helped us make the loan process seamless (plus she got us a stellar rate). Very happy with our experience with Mike, and we LOVE the home we purchased, but if we ever move again, we'll be calling Mike.
