I was recommended to Shanon by a friend and the day after I was given her information I received an email from Shanon asking for all the criteria I was looking for. Shortly after that was compiled and I had a list of at least 10 places or so we started the showing process. After we did our first day of showings there were still some places I wanted to look at on future dates and Shanon was more than happy to make more showings and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at! She even tossed in a couple great recommendations having the local knowledge and knowing what I was personally looking for. Once the process got more official and deadline orientated she was also just a text, email, or phone call away and always responded very quickly back, which of course was very nerve settling. Overall, I highly recommend Shanon DeBelle and will be recommending her to my closest friends and family.

Nick provided professional service all the way through the selling lifecycle. He showed up with comps in hand and noticed that the square footage was larger than what was listed. He measured and increased the square footage which really helped the sell price! Other services include free rental of a moving truck, professional pictures throughout, and highlight postcards placed throughout the home. The house listed on Wednesday, by Sunday there were three offers above asking price. Closing was about a half hour, I would recommend Nick to anyone selling in the area.

10 out of 10! We would definitely recommend Shanon! She made the entire purchasing process easy and amazing. She is super knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our new home purchase. She kept track of important dates and gave great suggestions when it came time for our offer and really helpful suggestions later in the process. She was always flexible with our difficult schedules and had phenomenal communication with great follow up.
