Kristen had great turn around time with questions, documents etc and was readily available for showings and helpful through the stressful buying and selling process. She knows where to pull data and ask for information if there is a nuance that complicates a sale and seemingly is well supported by her team. Would absolutely recommend!

Nick Trujillo is one of the best! He made the buying and selling process go smoothly and stress free. He advocates for his clients and truly goes above and beyond to get the best offer. We received over asking price for the sale of our home and received a free post closing occupancy until our new home was built. Choose Nick as your realtor and I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!

I’ll never work with another realtor. Nick helped us find and purchase our second home. He was helpful, communicative and was there for us during all stages of the buying process (even helping get some fixes around the home 1 month later). Nick negotiates with respect and clarity, and shares his perspective on the next best course of action. The whole process was painless and we look forward to working with Nick and the Griffith Home Team again.

This is the second time we’ve bought a home with Nick and the first time selling with him, and we can’t say enough good things about him! His knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism are unparalleled. We won’t be buying a home for quite awhile (hopefully), but if and when we do, there’s no doubt we’ll be using Nick again!!

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were first time home buyers and didn’t know what to expect but Nick walked us through each step of the process, and was there every step of the way. We saw a lot of houses with him and he was very knowledgeable about both the good and bad things about each one, to help us make the right decision. If you’re reading this you know how competitive the Colorado market is, but he always knew what it would take to get the house and then left it up to us if we wanted to pursue, he was very patient and ultimately helped us find and buy our dream house!

There are realtors, then there is Shanon DeBelle! Our buying and selling experience was amazing with Shanon. She helped us find our perfect home. She also sold our home in less than twenty-four hours. Shanon was always available throughout this entire process. We appreciated her communication with our lender. She was right alongside us with every deadline and next step. We highly recommended Shanon DeBelle!

He proved to be a top performing realtor again! He helped us sell our house so quickly with even over asking price with right strategy and his professional skills to meet our time sensitive needs during Covid. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and a top notch negotiator. Informing market trend, client engagement and communications throughout the pre, during, and post process have been outstanding. He and his team provide fantastic add-on services related to moving so you don’t have to take care of everything.

Susie was a pleasure to work with. She treats you as she would wanna be treated. We found her to be very trustworthy honest and exceptional in every detail. Susie has a very kind and caring attitude and approach.Even when we as buyers were nervous, worried or didn’t understand Susie took the time to explain, handle anything that might come up and was always reachable either by email text or phone. We will definitely use Susie again in any real estate transaction. We can’t thank her enough for all that she did to help us find our perfect home.

Kathy helped me and my partner find a house very quickly during the early part of 2020. Even with COVID impacting the real estate business, Kathy understood the precautions that were needed in order to navigate the market. She acted as my advocate when negotiating with the seller, and also walked me through the entire process step by step (it was only the second time I've purchased a house). I'd recommend Kathy to any friends or family looking to purchase a home in the Denver area.

Kathy was great to work with. Once we narrowed in on a house together, she did a great job checking in with me, explaining the process to me, and also acting as an advocate when negotiating with the seller. I'd recommend her to any friends of mine that are looking for an agent in the Denver Metro area. She was also very respectful of COVID and was knowledgable about how it might affect the buying process.

Susie Smyle helped us with our out of state home purchase in Berthoud, CO. We had an aggressively short closing and she was very instrumental in helping us get loan approval in time to close on schedule. Her knowlege of Northern Colorado and her real estate experience were invaluable to us. I would highly recommend Susie Smyle for anyone's real estate needs!

From start to finish we have been so impressed with the availability and expediency of our communication with Susie. Our purchase situation ended in a very unique situation with the seller, but Susie was so kind and efficient in guiding both the seller and us to a positive and cordial conclusion. Her knowledge of the area and business community has also been a real help to us, and we rely on her references from time to time. I feel like we have a new friend and look forward to living in Anthem Ranch. Dorothy Schild
