Kristen was referred to us by another selfless realtor Terry Travis, and we couldn't have been happier. Since I had created some marketing stuff as a for sale by owner originally, she used some of my stuff, so I didn't feel like my money went to waste. She came up with other unique ideas like putting signs throughout the house giving prospective buyers more information about the property as they viewed it. She went above and beyond by taking her own photos of the property if potential buyers wanted, since almost all buyers relied primarily on online photos, videos, and information. She also targeted nearby neighborhoods where people might be looking to upgrade a little. She was able to get several interested buyers, multiple offers, and strong back up interests if needed, all amid this weird Covid-19 crisis. She demonstrated master negotiating skills. She was also good at easing my many concerns amid this Covid-19 scare. I would highly recommend using her for all your real estate needs. She proved she's got what it takes to get the job done.
