It’s been a fun experience working with Raman both on the buy and sell. I highly recommend him he knows his knowledge and product knowledge for the Denver market. Initially I was hesitant to have Susie in both roles, I thought there would be a possible conflict of interest. However, several neighbors who knew Susie said, "She'll always have your best interests at heart" and she did. Plus, it turned out to be an advantage because she was great as a go-between in scheduling the closing, rent backs, move-in dates, etc. She is very well regarded in Anthem Ranch and is tremendously responsive-returning calls, texts and emails in minutes. her energy level is tremendous and I think it is because she genuinely loves what she does!

From her initial comparative properties presentation until the final closing, Susie was always professional and consistently "positive" even after the first two buying opportunities fell through. She maintained contact with us throughout. She is well networked in the field and she knows what's involved working with other realtors, appraisers, title staff, and she can recommend contracting and moving help should either be needed. She even helped us sell or donate belongings we no longer wanted.
