As first time home buyers, Jen had the heart of a teacher and walked next to us during every step. Raman just helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home and we can’t recommend him enough. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to the new build market! A lot of our past agents didn’t know the amount of info he knew. We knew nothing about buying a new construction home especially what goes in behind the scenes, and Raman was incredibly helpful made sure we completely understood every step of the process, he even hired an engineer to go through the process of the foundation! Stuff the builder didn’t even explain! He went the extra mile for us in ever way and was on top of everything - keeping us in the loop anytime something came us and going to bat for us to get us the best deal possible and resolve issues after new build home orientation. I know there are a ton of realtors in the market esp. Denver but make sure you team up with Raman Sharma! Though he is on a top producing team … he him self brings a lot to the table just by him self!
