Erica also made search adjustments based on her always-active focus on my home desires even when I didn’t realize my own wants, needs, and dreams. She re-educated me on the buying process as it had been many years since my last experience. She was exceptionally quick to respond to any of my questions, especially on her “vacation” when I found my home. I owe her a real vacation as many hours as she worked during that time! Once we closed on the home, her commitment did not stop there. She followed up on a fireplace issue with her own time and resources. If Erica were finding a home for a friend or family member, she would have done everything the same as she did for me. She is an exceptional realtor along with being an authentic person.
