Damon was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. We decided to buy in 2020, which was difficult enough as it is let alone with Covid restrictions in place. He was able to get us in to see all of the houses we wanted to see in a timely manner, and when I randomly found one online he was able to work his magic and get us in that day (which was very difficult given restrictions at the time). It ended up being the house we bought so we’re very thankful that! He was super helpful and knowledgeable when we were trying to figure out what to offer, what to expect for a counter offer, different things to check and look for as far as inspections and appraisals, etc. His communication with us as well as with the seller was always fast and efficient, and the whole process was pretty painless. We love our home and are so grateful for everything he did to put us here!

Did I mention outstanding? After consulting with us, Damon listed our townhome for top dollar. He listed it on a Wednesday, had it under contract three days later, and sold within 30 days. He negotiated with the buyers agent to get us the best possible outcome. He contacted contractors and arranged for work to be completed to correct areas of concern listed in the property inspection report. He was in touch with us throughout the entire process keeping us informed as to the progress of the transaction. Damon made the entire process easy and carefree for us and we are extremely pleased and grateful for his service. Damon is the only agent we would consider for any future real estate transactions.
