We found a house in New Mexico that we submitted a contract on that was accepted by the Seller and we had a Buyer on our house in Colorado in the first weekend of showing (Noted: we had to show during a snow storm). However, the Buyer in Colorado backed out at the last minute, Dana was able to find another Buyer within days and keep us on schedule for our closing in New Mexico, her experience with inspection resolution issues and her knowledge of the closing process was invaluable to us.
