Back in April of 2021 we were seaking a home for our daughter as rents were going crazy. With the market filling quickly we decided on a new build in the city of Parker. During the year long construction Damon was at every inspection and kept the builders in line with the current standards and regulations. We were so lucky to find Chris. He made the experience of selling our house better than I could have imagined. He organized everything, arranged contractors for repairs, staging and even mowed our lawn.
