Kim, spent the time we needed to find the house that fit our needs. She gave us input on the locations, and homes as we went through them and any questions we had she contacted the necessary people to get the answers. She help us all the way through closing with inspectors, and other help like movers etc. Would highly recommend for buying or selling a home.

We know Kim well, she sold a previous home for us. She did a great job then, and did the same great job with our purchasing experience. We highly recommend Kim for her thoroughness and knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business.

Mike was very professional from the first time we met with him to the sale of our house. He knew the market and priced our house so we’d get the most people through. We ended with an offer that was well beyond our expectation. I would definitely recommend Mike and his company to anyone who wants the best experience in selling their house.

With Mike’s guidance we sold our house for much more than we hoped. He gave us excellent advice how to list the home and price it. We had many offers above our expectations and had a contract in 48 hours.

Michele was a pleasure to work with. She was always on time and answered our questions immediately. She and her office were nothing but helpful through the entire process. With every issue that came up she listened to our concerns, made recommendations and always had our best interest at heart.

Great experience. We had a little miscommunication early on in regards to list price vs what to expect but that was as much on recent volatility in the market and me as it was her, and at the end of the day we got the offer and number that was great for us so all good.

If you're in the Denver area, run don't walk to Sarah LeBuhn for all things real estate. If she can make both me AND my mom happy, I'm convinced she can do anything!

Everything was as smooth as possible! Such a wonderful and excellent experience from top to bottom! This was my first “real” purchase and sale and I could have asked for a better experience!

Mike has a very relaxed yet professional and personable approach to his clients. He made us feel like we were the only clients he was working with. He was incredibly efficient in responding to texts, e-mails and phone calls. He guided us through the process in a way that was understandable and sensible. He knows where to list homes. In today's market that is more important than ever. We had multiple offers on our home which sold well over asking price in 2 days. We don't believe this would have happened had h not listed it correctly and handled the sale in his professional manner. You can't go wrong with Mike and his team!

Even though the real estate market is as good as it is for sellers Kristi was able to negotiate with the buyer which resulted in three outstanding offers, all of which were way over our asking price. The marketing she used, and the photographer she chose worked like magic. How well did it work? Our asking price was $389,900 and we sold for $440,000. Call Kristi, you'll be happy you did!
