Pam Bent is the consummate real estate professional. We just closed on our high rise condo in Denver. Its unique features - amount of square feet, architectural layout, older building, etc. - required a real estate agent with experience, knowledge, respect amongst peers, and passion/persistence to sell at the appropriate price. Pam displayed all of these qualities and more. She oversaw the appropriate staging of our home and had a superbly engineered drone-based video of our condo created - both interior and, amazingly, exterior! When a particular showing occurred involving what turned out to be THE buyers of our condo, Pam's instincts and, again, experience kicked in and she worked with the buyers' agent to build a relationship with the couple to ultimately obtain an offer on the condo. It required nurturing, creativity, flexibility and persistence. Pam provided all of these qualities. I can state with clarity that without Pam Bent I do not believe the closing on the condo would have occurred, certainly not at the price point that was obtained. I can and will recommend Pam Bent to any and all as, by far, the best real estate agent my wife and I have experienced.

Our work with Chad started off strong, but by the end he was completely MIA. He made commitments to the seller that we never authorized and had to cover the costs out of his commission, he was barely responsive and we often had to reach out multiple times before he would engage, and we felt totally abandoned.
