Strong marketing approach with open houses etc. Upon receiving an offer and during various negotiations, she did not appear to advocate on behalf of her seller client but rather seemed to take the side of the buyers and try to appease them at the expense of the seller. Additionally, it appeared that during calls she was multi-tasking and missed some requested details.
