Al was very personable and had my best interest in mind when selling my home. He freely gave his opinion and recommendation on how to stage the Home and what he felt would be best to get a quick sale. Taking his recommendations the house sold in 3 weeks. The only concern I had was Al seemed to be late for the scheduled open houses. Usually arriving 5 minutes or less before it began. But, he said he would sell the house in 30 days and he definitely surpassed that! I would absolutely recommend him as a realtor.

We selected Kristen as our agent as she had sold us the home in question one and a half years earlier. Despite a contentious pending divorce, she facilitated getting both of us through the process. Home was listed and we had a contract within two to three days. She guided the preparation of the home marketing video and helped in guaranteeing that the home showed well. In addition, Kristen always responded quickly to all questions that came up. She also assured that when 1/2 of the furniture was packed and moved separately, everything went smoothly. My experience includes many moves over the past thirty years. Kristen ranks as one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with.

Connie was excellent at explaining everything, and she was always very proactive in helping us complete tasks and suggesting options to complete tasks when we were unsure, and also jumping in to assist with anything that we needed to get done, be it inspection, appraisal, repairs, etc. She just went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and lessen our stress through the entire process. I would highly recommend her!

Whether buying or selling, Jim is the man. He is a no-bull, get-it-done guy. He delivers above and beyond what a realtor is obligated to do.
