Landin is as professional as they come. He had everything covered from the beginning to the end of the process. We had a couple of setbacks including the first buyers backing out without providing a reason, but Landin kept us moving forward and we received another offer almost immediately after going back on the market. Jim was very positive and encouraging throughout this sale process. He called once a week to update and advise summary of the week and if market indicated a change. Sense of humor and good Littleton history was a plus! It kept the stress level to a minimum! The net proceeds were right were he said it would be. Some days it felt we were old friends!
