Jim stood by our side, he would talk to other agents telling them of the upgrades and attributes of the house, so these agents could give that info to their buyers, and he let the agents know that the asking price of the house was in line with other houses in the area. Jim always kept our business relationship as a high priority, kept us informed as to all updates of the sale of our home, doing this in a friendly, professional manner.
