Jim is an expert in the real estate business. He has been doing this for well over 45 years and is able to help out a seller or a buyer with everything needed. I have known Jim for over 50 years and the last three homes my wife and I had he has helped us buy and sell. He knows the business inside and out and will help his customers out will everything.

He was very willing to take us to see many ranch style houses. He didn't pressure us to buy one house over another house. He would explain the buyer process of the sale. It all went well. We closed in a timely manner. He was also our Real Estate agent when we put our 2-story house up for sale. At this time the real estate market is becoming challenging in house value. Jim stood by our side, he would talk to other agents telling them of the upgrades and attributes of the house, so these agents could give that info to their buyers, and he let the agents know that the asking price of the house was in line with other houses in the area. Jim always kept our business relationship as a high priority, kept us informed as to all updates of the sale of our home, doing this in a friendly, professional manner.
