Molly Henry has now helped me sell two homes and purchase two more. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. I have always been impressed by her knowledge of the whole buying and selling process. She is quick to reply with answers to any questions that I may have. She has gone above and beyond to solve any potential problem that may arise. Molly is a genuinely kind person but that doesn’t mean that she isn’t firm when the situation requires it. Molly has fought very hard for me and I will never be able to thank her enough. I have certainly seen how well Molly treats her clients but in my most recent transaction it was evident to me how well she treats the other realtor’s client as well. I have been on the receiving end of some very rude realtors when trying to buy the house that they have listed. It gives me peace to know that the buyers of any property that I am selling will be treated with the same kindness and respect that she shows her clients. Kristin was the best we could ask for as first time home buyers. She was patient as we went to see over 30 houses, helped us think through our decisions and focus on our top priorities. Through out the process she was extremely communicative, responding to all our questions and even taking calls on the weekend. She fought for our requests and helped to get us to a fair resolution on the house we ended up closing on as well as supported us as we backed out of the initial house we were interested in. As I was out of state for most of the process she was there every step of the way and went the extra mile to help make the closing process go smoothly. She fought hard to make sure every item on our objection resolution was properly taken care of. She didn't stop after closing either, she has been just as responsive after closing as she was prior to. Answering any and all first time home owner questions.
