I have been using Kim and her team for my last few home transactions. During this current "interesting" 2023 housing market, with overpriced homes, increasing interest rates and tax rates, I put my home on the market. I had one showing, one offer, on the first day. I followed all of Kim's recommendations on preparing the home to be on the market and I also went into it with realistic expectations with negotiations.
