His knowledge of the industry, his prompt updates and friendly, caring attitude helped us through our trying move. When the other side had issues, he was there with a quick explanation of what/why things were happening that way. If something was stalled, he was immediately checking into it and, if necessary, nudging things forward. He negotiated great deals on both sides of our move. If I had anxiety about any part of the process, he would listen to me vent out and then offer solid advice or reason. I appreciate him very much and will use him for any future endeavors.

Jen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made the initial searching process easy by being very receptive to my constraints in house selection and gently guiding me towards things that I actually wanted/benefited me more instead of just what I thought I wanted (as a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing). She was very accommodating to my schedule, making time on weekends to meet up with me and tour houses together, and even spending more time than originally planned at a house I really liked just to make sure I actually did like it enough to put in an offer. What really stood out to me was how well she used her network to my benefit - she knew the selling realtor and was able to call her and get honest information out of her that greatly increased my chances of getting the house I wanted. It almost felt like insider trading. She also helped me out immensely in the bidding war that ensued the day I put in my offer, and I definitely would not have gotten in that house I did if not for her efforts in that. Her guidance throughout the contract process was also top notch; she helped me find all the right people needed to come look at my house and ensure things were acceptable for me, and helped me set up a base for home maintenance moving forward. She was also a huge advocate for me at the closing table, helping me get my closing costs down to $0, as well as getting the seller to fix things up for me before I moved in. Overall had an absolutely wonderful experience working with her, 10/10 will be using her again the next time I move!

Joan did an outstanding job preparing our home for showings, including staging and even helping clean up the yard. She organized a large number of showings smoothly. She was always available to answer questions or guide us through documents. When inspection objections came up, she quickly found reliable contractors and made sure we got the best prices. She is thoughtful, cost‑conscious, and truly works in her clients’ best interests. She handled all of this while I was away dealing with very challenging health and medical issues, which made her support even more meaningful.
