I found Juhi to be a professional in all matters related to house sells or buys, including pricing, market, marketing, needed repairs or improvements, even the dreaded "staging". She makes that easy with her readiness and preparedness. She is direct and thus easy to work with. She knows how to present a house and find that good fit. When you decide to sell, your friends will offer lots of advice: from a listing price to the phone number of their cousin-in-law who is an agent. I have found it best to find a top seller who truly knows the market in your particular area. Juhi Johnson was spot-on with marketing and pricing, and she sold our home quickly while still being considerate with our wants and needs. She worked tirelessly with every detail in mind, including giving us advice and contractors to do cost effective improvements in the weeks leading up to listing. Her staging was meticulous while still working with the colors and style of our home. Once we listed with Juhi we were able to relax and concentrate on our move. Dave, had an excellent understanding of the real estate market in the area. Offered many pros and cons about how to present the house; as is, value of renovating, buyer interests. Dave, kept us informed and updated on a regular basis. He provided details and gave us ample time to make decisions. The million dollar question seemed to revolve around how much to renovate. A very difficult question with no guarantee. Dave, was able to show comparable renovated homes which helped for us to determine how much renovation we went with. The biggest value the Dave provided was his management of the renovations. We had already moved out of the area, prior to the renovations being completed. His management and referrals of contractors was priceless. Referring, directing and managing the work on a regular basis was indispensable. This, to us is what earned his commission.
