After searching for a Denver house for months on Zillow from Philadelphia, we finally found one we were interested in enough to fly out and take a look. Through Zillow, we were matched with Kim, and it was truly the most serendipitous turn of events for our search. Moving across the country after 25 years is an intimidating task, but with Kim, it was easy and smooth. We needed one day in Denver to find our house and then she sat with us for two hours, explaining every detail of the offer sheet. Once we were under contract, she emailed us every Monday with whatever tasks for the week we needed to complete.
